Cancellation & Payment Policy
All payments for private lessons and single group lessons are due at the time of sign up and are non refundable unless a valid doctor’s note is presented, starting that player cannot participate in Sports related activities for more than 15 days.
Client can cancel up to 48 HOURS PRIOR to the beginning of a scheduled training session. After “48 hour cancellation” period has ended, all payments are non-refundable.
All Package & Group Lessons must be scheduled once a week.
If a lesson is missed due to illness, team practice, games, etc. it is the client’s responsibility to contact Evergreen Sports at least 24 HOURS prior to the lesson to be provided a make-up without penalty.
All lessons must be rescheduled 24 hours in advance. Once the 24-hour “rescheduling period” has ended, lesson must be attended and will not be rescheduled, refunded, or credited back to account.
If the lesson is canceled due to weather or instructor conflicts, the instructor will contact the client for a make-up session.
Evergreen Sports reserves the right to ban players, teams, and/or their parents from our facility – WITHOUT REFUND- if they are disruptive to the training environment, disrespectful to Evergreen Sports staff, become a safety concern to others, and/or purposefully damage equipment.
Full payment is required, up front, to schedule any lessons.
Payment can be in the form of cash, check or credit card
Please make checks payable to “Evergreen Sports Center”.
Checks returned due to insufficient funds are subject to a $50.00 NSF fee.
Credit card purchase minimum is $50.00
